ALEKSANDRA KOMASZ
Responsibility, honesty, and a deep commitment to knowledge re the values that guide me at every step of my personal and professional journey. I believe that only through trust, openness, and continuous learning can we truly support people in achieving better health and wellbeing.
Nature and its wisdom have inspired me for as long as I can remember, and this inspiration is reflected both in my education and in the choices I have made throughout my career.
I am a university graduate chemist. For several years, I further developed my expertise as a researcher in the Slovenian pharmaceutical industry. Working in laboratories and R&D departments gave me invaluable experience and a deeper understanding of medicines, active compounds, and product development. Wanting to expand my knowledge even further, I continued with doctoral studies in pharmacy.
I have always been interested in how scientific rigor can be united with the rich tradition of natural healing. That is why, alongside my professional work, I studied in depth the composition and effects of various herbal formulations. In doing so, I combined my chemical and pharmaceutical background with a genuine passion for natural approaches to health. With every new insight, my belief grew stronger: carefully selected natural ingredients can effectively support the body’s functions and contribute to better overall wellbeing.
My research journey also led me to ancient medical systems. Today, I work in and lead Aleksandra Komasz Ayurveda, an ayurvedic centre, where I continue to enrich my professional knowledge with the wisdom of Ayurveda. I am constantly learning in this field and deepening my understanding of holistic healing.
Ayurveda teaches me to see each person as a whole, and I am deeply aware that health is a balance between the body, the mind, and the influence of our environment. I bring this philosophy into every area of my work and into my own life.
Because I believe that physical and mental health are inseparable, I chose to expand my understanding of human beings into the psychological field as well. I am currently a trainee in psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
This means I am deeply exploring the inner world of a person, emotional experience, and the unconscious processes that shape our health and wellbeing. This knowledge supports me in approaching each individual in a truly holistic way, with equal care for both body and soul.
I have invested a great deal of personal and professional effort into developing the formulations for Aleksandra Komasz Plus dietary supplements. I created each formula thoughtfully and with great care, drawing on traditional Ayurvedic knowledge while also respecting the latest scientific insights.
I feel a deep sense of responsibility toward the people who place their trust in me and in my products. That is why I ensure the highest standards of quality and safety with every product, and I always strive to offer only what I truly believe in and what I use myself.

Aleksandra Komasz Plus did not begin as a business idea. It began from my own questions, my own search, and my own experience of what it means to take care of the body over time. I wanted to create something I could truly stand behind…something I would trust myself, something I wouldn’t need to explain away or soften with big promises.
Every formula I create carries my name, and with that comes responsibility. I choose ingredients carefully, I think deeply about why they belong together, and I’m very conscious of how they are meant to be used.

I draw inspiration from traditional herbal wisdom and Ayurvedic ways of understanding the body, while staying grounded in what science teaches us today. I do not see these worlds as separate. When tradition and science truly listen to each other, the result is something deeper, safer, and more meaningful.
For me, wellbeing has never been just physical or just mental. It’s the whole picture: digestion, sensitivity, rhythm, stress, rest, taste, and what is actually doable in everyday life. Support should feel gentle and natural, not like another rule to follow or another standard to live up to.
And finally, behind every order is a real person. I never forget that. I try to communicate with warmth, honesty, and respect, because I know everyone’s path is different.
